All sales are Final. Please make sure you double check your order Prior to checkout to ensure you have selected the correct extensions, texture, lengths, color, and quantity.
If you make a mistake on your order and need an exchange, please contact us immediately so can adjust your order PRIOR to shipping. If you receive your order and need any exchange, you will be responsible for any return/restocking fees prior to exchange being processed.
All orders are checked for quality and accuracy prior to shipping. If there is any issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for exchange. Hair must be in its original packaging, uncombed, and not altered in any way. If hair is received altered/ not in its original condition, exchange may be denied.
Processing/Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped after 2-3 business day processing. Once shipped, orders sent with ground shipping arrive in 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that “business days” does not include weekends or holidays.
Halo Hair Collection is not responsible for any stylist fees associated with missed/ rescheduled appointments. We strongly recommend you wait until you receive your hair BEFORE scheduling your stylist appointment.
Please make sure to double check that you have entered your shipping address correctly, including any apartment, unit, suite, or box number where applicable.

Once your order is in the possession of USPS/ UPS, Halo Hair Collection is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen. If your tracking says that it’s “delivered” and you have not received it, please FIRST contact your local postal carrier. Please feel free to contact us if you need additional assistance
